The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. The massage options were good, and the city views from level R were nice. The hotel’s position is strategic, but the gym is very basic and there’s no pool.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, and I was given a connecting room. The AC could be cooler during the day.

Everything was good, except the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and I couldn’t open the room window, which made me feel suffocated. Overall, the staff were very helpful. Thanks for the service. I would have preferred a window that could open; otherwise, everything was fine.
