How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing positive. It was in poor condition, the staff were rude, and the place was so dirty we did not stay the night. The entire property was in poor condition – scratches and marks along hallway walls, elevator lights were damaged and missing, and the room hadn’t been cleaned.

The rooms and parking were excellent. The air conditioning is horrible!

The rooms' AC wouldn’t get cold, the television wasn’t working at all, and the staff never accommodated us. Fix TVs and ACs.

It was very filthy! Giant dead cockroaches were in front of the elevator outside by the pool. There were empty bar bottles, trash, and cigarette butts everywhere, as shown in the pictures. I expected a clean, nice place to stay and was very disappointed when we walked in and saw how dirty everything was. I thought maybe it was because it’s a pet‑friendly hotel, but they just don’t care to keep it clean.

The facility has parking behind the building which feels more secure than being out front. The breakfast was basic carbohydrates with little protein to keep up with our diet. The hotel access is a bit difficult to get to. The front of the building has a driveway off an offramp. There is another access off the surface street through the parking lot of a different business. Either works, it just takes some training on the GPS
