I loved my stay; the hotel is pretty, very cozy. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The location seemed great for getting around and enjoying Miami. Plus, the staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better. No doubt I’d return. On the downside, the room lacked sufficient lighting at night—nothing was visible! The pillows were also uncomfortable, but everything else was superb.

The property sits in a convenient spot for good food. At check‑in, the front desk appeared less attentive; when handing over the key, the staff member read the room number aloud, which could have been a security risk if someone nearby heard it, but fortunately no one did. We weren’t given the Wi‑Fi password and had to call the desk to get it. A valet attendant helped other guests with their bags as they were leaving, but when it came to us, the same person stared at us and later asked “you need help?” while remaining seated—nothing major, but the inconsistency was noticeable. The room, offering a partial ocean view, was noticeably smaller than expected, especially compared to the photos, yet it served its purpose and we adapted. The toilet initially wouldn’t flush because of a lack of water, so we had to pour water into it the first night; the problem resolved itself later. Overall, the room was clean with a great view. The restaurant’s prices are on the higher side, but the staff were very friendly and excellent, making the experience feel great, and the food was delicious—would recommend any meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The beach staff were outstanding—from food and drink runners to towel staff—an excellent team that was very welcoming; we wish them the best in future endeavors. Pros: Hotel staff were accommodating with check‑in and check‑out times. The hotel smelled clean and pleasant. Great location and the beach scene was more about relaxing, which was what we were looking forward to. Cons: The main disappointment was the lack of attention to detail. I noted in my booking that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. Knowing that details can be missed, I called the evening before to mention our excitement about the milestone anniversary and spoke with someone at the front desk. When we arrived or at any point during the stay, it was not acknowledged.

The best hotel. The road up to the hotel—cars complain hard to go up.

Excellent location, spacious bedroom with ocean view and great vistas. The blackout curtains don’t block morning light.
