How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We were unable to locate the apartment because the address was incomplete—just the street name without a number—and the building had no signage, so we couldn't find it. No exterior photo was provided either. Only after assistance from a nearby hotel could we locate the apartment.

The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I didn’t run into any problems during my stay, so there really isn’t anything to complain about. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The host went above and beyond, pointing us to all the sights and answering every question we had. The apartment itself was spot‑on—right in the city centre, roomy, and comfortable. I’d definitely tell others to book this place.

The hotel sits just a ten‑minute walk from the historic centre, which was super convenient. My room was clean, quiet, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. The owner’s kindness really made the stay feel special.

I’m grateful to Aldin and the rest of the team—they were incredibly kind and made my time on the terrace feel like home. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate for one person, and it let me enjoy a wonderful stay in Bosnia. I left with no complaints at all.
