The back door was left wide open, the room was dirty, and the microwave contained rotting food that smelled awful; it was infested with bugs, the bathroom soap was exposed with hair on it, and the hotel wouldn’t refund even after I sent pictures. Nothing else to add.

No one came to clean the room, so I had to bring my own towels and toilet paper.

The place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, the entire building felt outdated, the floor tiles in the room were loose and made me trip, children were running and playing in the parking lot, dogs were barking, and people were slamming doors.

Leaving was the best part. Where do I start? The hallways smelled like urinal cakes, wet dogs, and insecticide. The back door was broken and anyone could walk in without a key. Someone from Red Roof needs to do an unannounced visit; this facility is gross and needs a lot of work. The weeds around the building aren’t inviting, and the trash in the parking lot is a mess.
