Unfortunately, my stay was a letdown - my room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been updated in a while. The bed was super uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain, which was a bummer. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this hotel just didn't deliver.

I showed up at the hotel and they told me my room wasn't reserved - I hadn't gotten any notification that my booking got canceled. Not exactly the welcome I was hoping for. Now I've got to scramble to find a new place to stay.

I was pretty annoyed when I got to the hotel and they said my reservation was messed up, but the breakfast was actually really good, so that was a plus. The whole situation was kinda frustrating, but at least the food was on point.

Ugh, my experience here was a total disaster. First, they told me parking was free, but that wasn't true. Then, the parking lot itself was sketchy and didn't feel safe at all. To top it off, the front desk staff were super unhelpful and my room was a dirty, rundown mess.
