“Lovely. Worth every minute!”

Amazing location. Right in the heart of old town. Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was excellent. Communication with staff was excellent as well. Totally recommend it. Just be aware of steps. We were in the 4th floor so make sure to advise staff if you need help with your luggage. Also suuuper loud since the rooms are above a courtyard. Just bring earplugs;)

We were a couple on a short trip to Split. Our charming room was spotlessly clean, air‑conditioned, with a small fridge and a Nespresso machine. Walking out the front door takes you straight into the beautiful city center, and with the breakfast voucher we could start each morning on the promenade overlooking the sea. Thanks for that. We were satisfied overall.

The rooftop area was spectacular. Check‑out was at 10:00 am, but the cleaner knocked on my door at 10:03 am. She didn’t understand English and forced me out by entering my room to grab my suitcase, basically telling me to leave. She watched me exit the room and down the stairs to make sure I left. I was less than five minutes late, and it felt very rude and unnecessary. A disappointing end to a great time in Split.

The location is perfect, the staff were very helpful, and the place was clean. We stored our bags on the ground floor. The hotel is on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was tough for my husband who had been ill. A luggage stand would help.
