The staff were welcoming, the room matched the description, and the basement floor was a plus given the concerns. I couldn’t figure out how to open the high window.

The space was huge—so much so that it could be mentioned in the “what didn’t you like” section, with large empty areas (see photos of the oddly designed, expansive bathroom). Everything felt brand‑new, not worn, which is good. When I asked the administrator which floor my room was on, she said “one flight up,” which was false; I actually had to climb three flights of stairs. That kind of misinformation is unacceptable. The bathroom could have held three bathtubs, yet it only had a small shower. The bed was uncomfortable.
