The room was fine, and some of the staff were really nice, yet my ribs were so cold on the 2 of September that I couldn’t eat them for dinner.

The location and price were good, but there was no free coffee in the lobby.

I didn’t like the restaurant called Champions because the server was unprofessional, the food arrived cold and I had to return it; the customer service from the server was poor, but the manager, Carlos, was excellent and handled the situation well—his service was outstanding and we appreciated him.
