The price remains good, but the building’s structure and space are fine while the facility maintenance is almost nonexistent. The switch is broken, doors don’t close properly, the hanger is wobbly, and the soundproofing is so poor that a human’s nausea‑like noise woke me up in the morning, and I had to endure it for over 30 minutes. I’ve been staying here for value since five years ago, but now I’m done.

Close to the port and the main attractions, the place is very pleasant. The air conditioning blew directly onto me while I was in bed, and there was no way to change the airflow direction, which was not very comfortable.

좋았어요! 내년까지 서울에서 매월 1~2회정도 통영으로 출장갑니다. 브룩스만 갈 예정입니다. 현재의 서비스만 유지되길 바랍니다. 조식도 마음에 들었습니다. 위치가 좀 어중간하고 시간날때 도시를 거닐고 싶은데 안내지가 없어 발품을 팔아야 알겠더라구요. 그래서 안내 용지를 입구에 비치해 주세요

The breakfast and the room were acceptable for the price. I booked two rooms for my family, but one room had a strong toilet odor and the road noise made it uncomfortable.
