You didn’t do your job properly. When I arrived, no room was booked under my name, so I had to spend the night in my car. I don’t think I’ll use your services again, and I still hope you haven’t charged me for the room, Mr. Carbonnelle.

The mattress was good quality. The reception, common areas, and overall perceived quality felt like an hotel that isn’t worth the price.

Rooms could be booked on Booking at 23:00, but when we arrived at 00:00 the hotel was closed and we couldn’t reach anyone to get the keys.
