“Veramente una delusione”
The place was clean, but the information on the booking site was absolutely misleading. It said “parking included and late check‑out available,” yet I had to arrange parking through the host, and it turned out the spot was taken by another guest – I suspect he paid extra, even though the booking listed it as included. Check‑out was at 10 instead of 13 because “the cleaning lady comes after.” The price was insane, especially with no parking and being outside the center. The room was very dark and literally attached to the next one, offering zero privacy. I asked the host for dining suggestions, and he gave me only one option in old Caserta.
The property is clean and welcoming, close to grocery stores and pizza places. Parking is available inside the small courtyard or on the street, and the owners allowed a late check‑in and a late check‑out, plus letting us leave the car in the courtyard all morning after arrival. However, there was a misunderstanding about parking: the booking said it was included, but the owners said it wasn’t, so we paid an extra 10 euros per night.
The room is modern and cozy, equipped with everything needed. Mrs. Maria Rosaria welcomed us warmly and was helpful with everything, a kind greeting. The room isn’t very sound‑proof and is dark for sleeping.
The location is good, but towels were missing.
“Gut aber nicht noch mal !”
The kitchen lets you brew coffee, but no towels were changed and the toilet paper wasn’t refilled. For me, B&B means the room should be cleaned, which it wasn’t. Otherwise, it was fine.
