The place was clean and cozily decorated, but the lockbox didn't work; the manager tried changing the batteries, yet the dial was stuck, and they plan to replace it.

The facilities were great and the location central, which mattered because I was traveling through and needed to be close to the city; check‑in was smooth with a PIN, and I’ll definitely come back. I stayed in the small room with a shower.

The bed was small, the room cramped, the two‑seater was meant for one person… it was marketed as a jacuzzi room but it wasn’t, and everything was underground. The building where the room is located is in disrepair.

Absolutely everything: location, staff always ready to help, price, cleanliness, privacy. No negatives.

I wasn’t able to use the apartment at all. When I reached out to the owner to try to get access to my paid stay, I was told, “I’m sorry but if you want to stay you have to pay again.” In short, I ended up staying at a lower rate in a 4‑star hotel in Zagreb that included breakfast. I will never recommend anyone to this place because it offers ZERO FLEXIBILITY.
