Hotel Gasthof Schuster und Gästehaus

The staff were very kind, but the showers were cold, the beds were too short, the pillows were too soft, and we couldn’t park at the accommodation.

“Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit außerordentlicher Gastfreundschaft.”

We spent two days at Gasthof Schuster in Assmannshausen and felt very comfortable there. We were greeted very warmly, especially the hostess who was extremely friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. The breakfast included in the price was very good and left no wishes unfulfilled. Our room was clean and tidy and also had a practical sofa bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend Gasthof Schuster with confidence. Thank you for the lovely hospitality! The bed made annoying noises, the pillows were noticeably too soft, and the blankets were unsuitable for summer.

Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way; we felt very comfortable and would return.

The rooms were nice and rustic, but parking options were limited.

Breakfast was completely fine and the staff were very nice and friendly; it was a very relaxing short holiday at the Schuster guesthouse. The parking situation for guests could be improved—there are only four spots for holiday guests, so each spot could be reserved for the entire stay of a single guest with a lockable post, for example.
