“Memorable”
A fantastic way to experience Constanța! I’d suggest staying here if you’re fed up with ordinary hotels. Everything else was great.

The room with bunk beds is really small—fine for one or two kids, but otherwise it’s fine. Everything else was top.

The location is very good, close to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and Modern beach. The living space is well designed with above‑average finishes. Free parking is available at Filicori. The jacuzzi is paid separately but the price is reasonable (300 lei). The staff are friendly! Overall, we liked the new place. The TV had some reception issues, but it didn't bother us. There were some nighttime noises from motorcycle engines and from the “bombardier” cars in the nearby parking.

I was thrilled with everything—no complaints at all.

We loved the terrace and the jacuzzi, which were a real bonus for our stay; the houseboat itself felt roomy and comfortable, and its spot just a stone’s throw from the old town, the beach and the restaurants was excellent while still being mostly quiet. The only downsides were the lack of a hair‑dryer and the occasional rodeo‑type noise nearby, which didn’t last long and was thankfully absent at night.
