The location is close to the airport. The listing is exactly clear, this is a room in somebody's house. Despite it being close to the airport, it is not good for anybody looking to get some rest before an early flight, because you can hear kids/babies crying, screaming and running around until after 10pm and then residents watching videos and speaking until far later.

Nothing was wrong except the thing below, which for me is essential, that is why my rating. The bathroom had no hot water.

The setup was basically enough for one night, and the balcony was really nice! Checking in was straightforward and worked well. However, the room had some worn spots, and we also found dirty sheets with obvious orange stains and hair in the bed. The hosts didn’t respond to our complaints about this.
