The owner tried to overcharge beyond the booking amount, but after a disagreement he relented.

“Loistava sijainti, siisti ja moderni.”

Clean, modern, and a fantastic location. A short walk to the beach and the main street, though the hotel itself is on a quiet side street. The room’s soundproofing was poor and only cash was accepted.

The rooms were really nice and spotless, the host was super helpful and friendly, the location couldn’t be better, and I definitely recommend it.

I was really pleased with this place. Before arriving, I had stayed at other spots in Arugam Bay that even had higher ratings, yet they didn’t live up to what I wanted. Surf and Relax was spotless, situated right next to Baby Point and Main Point, and the manager was fantastic, arranging safaris and airport transfers for us.

“Great location, good and clean room - compare and insist on the Booking price when paying at the end.”

The accommodation was clean and comfortable enough, and the location was great! However, when I paid at the end, I was charged a much higher price and had to haggle, insisting on the Booking price to settle the agreed amount, which I didn’t like.
