How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place sits in a great spot and parking is easy to find, and the host was friendly and managed to give us a room that was more spacious than we expected. Unfortunately, the crib we were told would be there was missing, the room was dirty and the shower was no better, plus a strong smell lingered throughout the room and even more so in the hallway. We left after the first night even though we had already paid for a second night.

Luigi is very kind, responsive and tries to meet every need; the bar/restaurant on the lower floor is excellent and I highly recommend it, and the location is central. I cannot recommend the property because the area feels dirty and poorly maintained, both inside and out, giving a general unpleasant vibe. The rooms are basic and cramped (the photos are misleading), towels were stained despite being changed, and the bathrooms were very old and crusted. The price feels high for what’s offered. The windows weren’t mentioned, but on our side they faced roofs covered in bird droppings and the smell that came in was unpleasant. When we arrived, there was no fridge in the room (only brought upon request) and no welcome kit, just a few bottles of shampoo or a partially opened shower. For the location you might stay a day or two, but definitely not longer… I’m sorry to say this place should be avoided; there are better options.

Breakfast was missing. The location was convenient. The staff were polite and helpful. The space was small overall. The photos are very misleading. I didn’t like something.
