“Perfect location and perfect quality.”
The location and quality were good, but the lobby coffee needs to be warmer.

We really liked the property, the decor, and how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The reception staff could have been more helpful, except for the person on duty the first morning who was very helpful. There could have been more amenities, like a bar and corner shop.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay at. We had a room on the 4th floor, which allowed us a bit of a view over the area. The room (and bathroom) was spacious, and full of little extras (coffee machine, lots of toiletries), and we loved that we received daily cleaning. We made use of the gym at the sister hotel in the next block, but found that we struggled to get a weights workout in. There are plenty of aerobic machines, but all they have for weights is a dumbbell set and a bench. Like all the major US cities, there are homeless (druggies and crazies) everywhere, but at no time did we feel in danger. We really enjoyed the S'mores treats that were supplied on the night we were there. There are several rental bicycle shops nearby, or if you are inclined, the hotel has electric bikes available
