De locatie: ligt heel centraal en is op loopafstand (2 straten) van de prachtige kathedraal van Amiens. Bewaakte parkeergarage achter het station. Het hotel: schoon beddegoed en schone, grote handdoeken. Een vriendelijke man in de ontbijtzaal, die ook Engels spreekt. Allereerst de communicatie: wij arriveerden net na 20.00 uur en er was geen personeel in het hotel, telefonisch ook NIET bereikbaar en de garage bleek ook niet open te gaan. Het bed in kamer 1 stond op instorten, de wc zat achter een schot in een soort kast, zonder bovenafsluiting. Deze kamer moet niet meer verhuurd worden. Ook een gammel deurslot voelde niet veilig. Kamer 8 was eveneens eenvoudig ingericht, maar alles werkte

I was welcomed pleasantly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location and value for money are very good—you really get what you pay for.
This hotel is well‑situated, close to the train station and in the city center. The staff and owner are very friendly, and the hotel is very cheap with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The room itself was unattractive, had no décor, and the shower and toilet were separated by a simple partition. Sound insulation was very poor, especially for pipes and showers. I missed a hair dryer, but you can’t expect more for the price.
