It was cheaper accommodation which suited our family. It was also very handy having the 3 rooms in one motel, great for families. For one of the nights we had an extra person and there was no extra charge which was very kind. Friendly service. Unfortunately it was very understocked. With it being 3 bedrooms and catering for at least 6, there were many things there wasn't enough of, for example tea towels, dish cloth, flannels, hand towels, cutlery, plates, mugs and spare blankets etc. They might just need to do a bit of a stock check but once this is fixed it would get a 100% tick

The location was convenient. The heater didn’t work well, leaving the room cold, and the pillows were just average.

They supplied an extra heater because the main one was unreliable; once the room warmed up, it stayed warm. The kitchen lacked a cloth or sponge to wipe the bench, so they gave me a tea towel instead, which felt odd for wiping the bench. The shower’s water pressure was also weak. Just a few minor annoyances.
