“Prima verblijf dicht bij Europapark”

The front‑desk staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. However, the restaurant staff cleared plates while you were still eating, even though the place was quiet; in the evening you couldn't reach all the trays on the buffet, and when you tried to get them from another side you were told in a not‑very-friendly manner that you weren't allowed, so that could be better organized. The food itself was otherwise fine.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and this was our first time with our daughter. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and it’s the perfect place for a stay near Europa Park. Nothing to complain about, just keep it up :)

“Geweldig”

The location is ideal for visiting Europark, only a few minutes by car away. The room was large enough for two people, and we received an upgrade to a balcony room. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The hotel is run by an Italian owner, which shows in the breakfast buffet where you can find sandwiches and even pizza. Parking is available in front of the door, and the reception isn’t open all day. The mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
