“Good hotel and everything is close”

The location was very good, with everything you need close by, and the staff were very attentive to all your needs. Outside the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, cafés, etc., but unfortunately someone approaches you outside every single one of them to try and get your business, and when you politely say no, they get very pushy and not in a polite way! It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it got so bad we didn’t really want to go for a walk outside as we ended up with someone shouting at us.

“Excellent Stay”

We had an excellent stay at the Innova Sultanahmet Istanbul hotel. The hotel sits right next to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and Basilica Cistern, all within a 10‑15 minute walk. The T1 tram that connects the other side of the city, Galata, etc., is just around the corner at the Cemberlitas stop. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, with great views of the Bosphorus and beyond from the top‑floor restaurant where it was served. We stayed in a Superior Double Room with a balcony, so we could also enjoy those views. Because it’s in the old part of the city, it’s somewhat quieter at night compared to Karakoy, but we still found great places to eat and drink nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

“موقع ممتاز لمنطقة السلطان أحمد”

The location is great, and the staff’s honesty was impressive—when we forgot our bank card wallet, they tracked it down and sent it back to us while we were heading to the airport, so huge thanks for their integrity and effort. On the downside, there were no glass mugs for coffee, and the car entrance was heavily congested during rush hour.

“Sympa mais sans plus.”

The location was good. The noise was not very pleasant on the balcony, and the wallpaper was peeling in the room. Breakfast was fairly limited in choice.

The spot is super convenient. The only issue is that there's a construction site nearby.
