The location was great, but arriving on a late flight could be confusing because of the view or unfamiliar geography; a sign at the alley entrance would help (just look for the pink storefront, then turn in). We arrived during the day because we were worried about getting lost; it’s close to shopping and dining, and the airport exit 7 navigation is easy. The place was comfortable, warm, and clean, the room was bright and fragrant, check‑in was contactless with a code, and the water dispenser and microwave in the common area also required a code. Luggage storage was not available. 1. If it’s a family stay, two chairs are a bit too few. 2. There’s only one electronic lock on the door, which can be a safety concern for families with children; the scent diffuser’s timer and the electronic code lock sound are similar, so I kept thinking someone had opened it by mistake, but the staff were friendly and handled it, checked the cameras, and called the police to investigate, so they took our feedback seriously (I’d suggest at least locking the inner glass door for extra protection when traveling).
