I was initially impressed by the spacious lobby area, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the hotel's overall lack of charm. The lobby waiting area was a letdown, and I was left feeling underwhelmed by the hotel's overall aesthetic.

Our stay was pleasant, thanks to the clean and spacious units, which offered a nice view and plenty of room to relax. However, the lobby area was a different story altogether. The unattractive decor, including a worn-out sofa, gave the impression of a budget-friendly Airbnb rather than a hotel. The small waiting area was also a disappointment, and we had to wait for an unacceptable amount of time to receive our room keys.

The hotel's proximity to good restaurants and Robinson mall was a major draw for me, and the staff's professionalism was a welcome bonus. Their pride in their work and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest, and I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my needs. However, the initial hiccup with room availability was frustrating, and I was disappointed that I had to book online to secure the room I wanted.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic, with a few minor suggestions for improvement. The room I had, EX06, came equipped with a smart TV, allowing me to enjoy my favorite Netflix shows in the comfort of my own space. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did notice a vacant space beside my bed that would have been perfect for a cozy couch, allowing me to unwind and relax in a different setting.
