“Abandoned property”

The place was completely shut down, yet their automated system still sent me a confirmation email, even though the business was permanently closed.

When we got there, they told us they were closed, so how could we rent a room? We ended up scrambling to find another place for the night.

“It was okay for last min one night stay.”

I could pay in cash, and the lady at the desk was friendly, but I had to use a dirty phone to get someone to the desk. The bathroom in our room was filthy, and there were dogs everywhere with hair covering the halls and snack room.

“Will never stay at a motel 6 again”

It’s conveniently off the highway and cheap, but I was uneasy about my car being broken into because of the many signs stating they weren’t responsible for theft or damages. The A/C was loud, with the compressor cycling off every few minutes, ruining any chance of a good sleep. No soaps or shampoos were provided, so I didn’t bother to shower, though the tub was so small that it didn’t matter.
