I liked the location and the host, and it was very quiet, which was enjoyable. However, room 117 had a lot of roaches, but everything else was great.

Nothing was good—there were cockroaches, bed bugs, and the place was not clean. The beds felt like you’d buy them from trash; it’s not recommended. I had to leave immediately when I saw it, even though I paid. They didn’t return my refund. I had my kids, so there was no place to stay, so don’t waste your money; it’s better to spend more than that trash hotel.

Never got to stay there booked booked in the wrong area nobody would help me get my my refund back had to sleep outside in the cold because couldn't get my money refunded I keep calling the location and they keep hanging up on me when I asked him to help horrible this app is horrible the staff there is horrible the management is horrible don't recommend to anybody. What I didn't like was that the fact that I couldn't even sleep in a nice bed I had to sleep outside in the cold because I couldn't get my money refunded it was the last money that I had when I booked on the motel not only did or book.com not give me a chance to refund my money neither did the staff or the property that I booked in this is the worst app and the worst staffing and the worst company in the worst everything I've ever done in my life I'm still outside have not even eaten or drinking anything in two days because they won't give me my money back

The parking lot was empty. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For $80, I got a room with mold in the bathroom, water usage of about 1 gallon per hour, a sticky headboard, and cockroaches.
