“Not clean :(”

The location was good, the beach was nice with snorkeling right off the beach and the staff were helpful. The cleanliness was bad; I woke up one night to find a cockroach on the bed, and another day right after the sheets were changed there were a lot of ants on the bed. There was also water damage on the wall, no variety in food, and the quality was poor.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. My family and I came from Luxor tired. The guys at the reception said we had to take two separate rooms because we forgot our marriage certificate. No understanding, zero respect! We still slept together. The hotel was very tired and needs renovation. The description says it’s a 4‑star hotel, but in reality it’s only a 2‑star. The floor is rocky. It would be better to have special shoes. You have to walk about 10 meters to swim properly.

There’s nothing good at all and the service is bad. The place is dirty and not suitable for staying.
