“You should stay here!”
What an experience! Dar Jamila is just a 30‑minute drive down a beautiful road from Errachidia airport, taking you out of the tourist zone into incredible mountains right in front of a stunning oasis. Zachariah was an amazing host, staying up late to greet us after our flight. The room was incredibly cute and traditional – Zachariah built the traditional home himself and he should be proud! It’s absolutely gorgeous; we can’t describe how awed we were. The beds were hard but comfortable, and we both slept well. In the morning Zachariah showed us the fig and olive trees in the garden and offered us several fresh figs straight from the branches – they’re my new favorite fruit, to die for! We also had a glorious breakfast, beautifully presented and delicious. The food was amazing, the fresh orange juice was superb, and the tea! It was our first tea in Morocco and it was unreal. You should stay here! Exceptional hosts, great food, very peaceful, and the scenery – wow!
