The staff were very helpful with everything, including advice and information about Cusco and the region. There were no problems with arrival time or storing luggage while I was away on multi‑day trips. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, stove, microwave, fridge, and more. Additionally, the hostel is about 10‑15 minutes on foot from the central square and the main San Pedro market. I originally booked for four nights but stayed all the other nights after returning from regional trips.

Staying at this hostel was very pleasant; we took a large double room to ring in the new year at a good price. They have a very well‑equipped kitchen and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Thanks, Joaquin and Ana.

The room was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was close to the central square; the place was clean, airy, and the water was warm. Friends traveling can stay here without worry, and if they need to leave luggage for another city, they can leave it with us. Everything was perfect.
