The overall quality was not flattering. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was barely clean.

The location was spot‑on, but there was no sense of activity inside the building.

The spot near the main train station was convenient, and the building’s entrance was spacious with an elevator inside. The staff were polite, friendly, and always quick to respond in the chat, and they allowed a late check‑in. Instructions for checking in were clear, and there was plenty of storage for our stuff. The room stayed at a comfortable temperature and was quiet, though the tram noise might become an issue once the street repairs finish, as other reviews have mentioned. The only downsides were that no duvet covers or disposable slippers were supplied, and there was no secure luggage storage—bags could be left but weren’t supervised.

We found the spot really handy and could walk to a lot of sights, but the trams were out of service because of track maintenance, even though earlier reviews said otherwise. Some street noise was still audible, which is normal in the city centre. The check‑in and check‑out were straightforward thanks to clear self‑service instructions, and we never saw anyone at the front desk because we spent most of our time exploring. The room got cleaned every day and the sheets were swapped every other day, but overall the finish felt a bit worn and could use a refresh; there was no air conditioning, so it got warm at times.
