The breakfast café was good, and the location worked out perfectly for me.
“Razoável mas atendeu”
The location was convenient and, even though the room was small, it met our needs; the staff were very friendly, with Renato and André at the restaurant being especially helpful, and having an on‑site restaurant was a big plus. However, the room’s cleanliness was poor right from arrival – we booked three nights and, despite my requests, no housekeeping was done, no trash was taken out, nothing, which was quite unpleasant; the breakfast was tasty but offered few choices, and the fruit salad, for example, ran out early.
“muito boa”
The room was spacious, comfortable, and the blackout was excellent, but there was no soft comforter.
“Perdeu qualidade, pequeno almoço horrível”
The place is still well‑situated, but the street has reversed direction, bringing more traffic; cleanliness and breakfast quality have dropped—dry bread and cakes that were leftovers from the previous day, all stale in the air—so the quality is far below what it was in past years when it was GonInn; the management now seems focused on profit, quality has suffered, I’ve stayed several times and they don’t keep guest records, the dynamic is poor, and it’s a spot to avoid in the future unless others say it’s regained quality.
The place is pretty.
