The place was gorgeous, spotless and full of light, with every item you’d need for a cozy stay. The hostess Helen gave us a warm welcome and the homemade buns and wheaten bread were a real treat. Nothing else to complain about!

We returned after five years and everything was just as good as before. The tea and cake were delicious, and the breakfast was top‑class, especially the homemade wheaten bread. Helen was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home, and she worked well with Jenny. The value is great compared to a hotel, and the service is unmatched. Helen, keep doing what you’re doing. This is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Helen, the host, could not have been any more helpful. The house and grounds are kept in immaculate condition and the setting is superb. This is a real gem and great for a break away with fabulous grounds and setting. Nothing could be added; I couldn't ask for more on this trip.
