I couldn't find enough parking space, which was a real hassle.

The place was spotless, but the roof was moldy and I was on the top floor.

The location is great, but the bed was hard, the pillows were ugly and old, the bathroom was dirty with someone’s hair, it was scorching hot with no fan, and there was no toilet paper so I had to ask for it. The front desk was awful. At check‑out they made me climb up to the third floor because the TV remote was supposedly on my floor, but they never told me to bring it down when I was leaving, and there was no elevator. That whole situation was just unacceptable. The bed was hard, the mattress was lopsided, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the heat was brutal. I didn’t want to write a review until I saw the morning receptionist’s attitude. The only bright spot was the location. The facilities clearly need urgent maintenance.

The place is well situated, but the TV might just be a smart TV.
