“Deludente”
The room was clean and spacious, with a modern, functional bathroom and shower. I booked four nights, but when I arrived the lady told me that the set of bathroom linens – a bath sheet and two small towels – should be enough for the four days. This cute, private place isn’t a typical B&B; you could feel the guests and owners as if they were in their own rooms. The TV only picked up private channels and sometimes none at all; she said the antenna needed fixing. I didn’t feel at all comfortable with either the owners or the premises, a feeling I’ve never had in all the years I’ve stayed across Italy.

A quiet, clean, and well‑maintained stay with the attentive welcome from Carolina and Gabriella. We were very happy. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new and tidy. We also used the terrace table to have a coffee. At night, to avoid the noise from passing cars, I recommend closing the windows, which do a good job of sound insulation. If needed, air‑conditioning is available.
The location is very convenient for exploring the Castelli Romani and, if you want to go to Rome, the train station is just a 5‑minute walk away. The on‑site parking is extremely useful, and Carolina’s advice was invaluable – definitely ask for her recommendations.
