We recently stayed for 10 days and experienced exceptional service throughout our visit. The management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were remarkably spacious and comfortable.A huge thank you to Simur for helping us with everything from start to finish. Highly recommended for any traveler

“Konforlu ve güzeldi, güleryüzlü çalışanlar”

Otel temizdi, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Özellikle kahvaltı kısmında çalışan kadın Hanım, resepsiyondaki Simur Bey’e çok çook teşekkür ederiz. Tatilimizin konforunu sağladılar. Konum olarak gezme bölgelerine taksi kullanmalısınız ancak biz bebek olduğu için özellikle sakin bir bölge olsun diye tercih ettik. Odamız genişti kullanışlıydı. Beğendik

“Great staff, but breakfast and room maintenance need improvement.”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were polite and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very limited — just a few types of bread, juice and tea, nothing more. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, and we had to call reception several times before it was fixed

החדר גדול מאוד מאובזר במה שצריך סך הכל היה נחמד הצוות היה נחמד ונתן לנו מענה למה שהיה צריך שאלו אותנו אם אנחנו רוצים נקיון לחדר. השלט של המזגן נמצא מחוץ לחדר כיבו לי אותו מספר פעמים
