How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was just where I needed it, because it’s on the outskirts of Swansea and I wanted to explore Gower (Mumbles and Rhossili); in fact you can walk an hour from Mumble along the whole coast. It was clean and tidy, the kitchen was very well equipped although I didn’t use it. The bed was not comfortable and I was given only one towel for two people because the other was very small. For one night it’s more than good and at a good price.

This is a perfect cheap stop gap while traveling through; I have stayed here a few times in different rooms and this one was good. Clean bed, towels and room, bathrooms were cleaned and tidy, communication with the host is always spot on, staying again in November. Struggle with parking, but I parked in the car park on the sea front about a 3 minute walk away; the car park was free, so not really a complaint.

We were shocked to discover the hotel was actually “student accommodation city”; the intro didn’t mention this at all. The hallway and our room both carried a musty odor, and the building’s exterior looked appalling. No parking was available, and a dirty, rusty scaffolding—clearly abandoned after work had started—loomed outside our window.
