It felt like an oasis; the room was spacious, comfortable, and elegant. Breakfast was exquisite, the pool was well maintained and well located, and we received a fantastic massage. The staff were always helpful. I would suggest paying more attention to maintenance; it’s a wonderful, large place that I imagine is hard to keep up.

The only thing that was good was the swimming pool—it’s beautiful! Everything else was awful. I felt like I’d walked into a con office where they try to cheat me in every possible way. It seems this place could have been amazing before COVID, but now everything—management, furniture, plumbing—is falling apart. The price per night is quite high, especially when you get a broken toilet and are charged for every step you take. Breakfast flies were so expensive that we got really stressed and had to leave the table; it was impossible to enjoy the morning. I know it isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s still disappointing.
