La ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación, la amplitud que había, lo cómodas que eran las camadas, baño muy amplio, lavadoras cerca y personal muy amable. No nos dio tiempo a no gustarnos nada

Местоположение отличное, хороший тихий район и многое в пешей доступности. Предоставляли всё необходимое, можно не думать о мелочах (зубные щётки , резинки для волос и т.д.). Предоставляют зонты. Вход в номера по коду, что удобно. В отеле нет зоны для стирки, нет зоны для курения. Отель отказался отправлять вещи системой отправки чемоданов в следующий отель. Окно номера в стену, за счет этого в номере было некомфортно спать, так как не хватало воздуха в номере. Номер на фото лучше чем в вживую, но есть место чтобы открыть чемоданы и что-то сложить, что редкость для отелей Японии

They went out of their way to accommodate a package of cords and adapters my partner left at our previous hotel, sending it on when it arrived after we left. BTW their facilities were excellent.
