How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The bed was comfy. We pre‑checked in the day before and expected to arrive around 3 pm, but we didn’t get the keys until 4 pm. The room wasn’t cleaned or ready even though check‑in normally starts at 2 pm. After dinner, we returned for the keys around 7 pm and the door wouldn’t latch; we had to slam it to make it lock, so we left the bolt and security latch on for safety.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The bathroom was a problem: the toilet seat was tiny and loose.

The views were great. The toilet was broken, the shower had no conditioner, and a bathroom light bulb had burned out. I asked for extra towels, but they never appeared.

The hotel was close to the venue we were in town for. The TV was broken and I wanted to catch the Iowa vs Michigan game, so I went to a sports bar instead. I told front desk on day one, but nothing was fixed and they said there were no other rooms available.

The location, free parking, and reasonable price were fine. Cleanliness was awful: broken glass, old food in the freezer, a broken toilet lid, mold in the bathroom, huge stains and footprints on the door, and ketchup or blood on the front of the kitchen sink.
