I’ve stayed here for the third time and, as always, everything was wonderful—cozy, beautiful, conveniently located, tasty breakfasts, and friendly staff. I always want to come back.

The location and pleasant staff were good, but the jacuzzi was dirty.

Everything was fine; the hotel is worth recommending and we’ll gladly return. The hot tub with massage was a downside.

Breakfast was filling and you can choose in advance; for a small fee it’s delivered to your room, which is very convenient.

The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic—exactly what I needed after a long drive. The room itself was small but modern and very stylish. Breakfast was tasty and the location in the heart of Lviv is great. However, the room on the fifth floor had no elevator, so arriving at night and carrying my luggage up alone was very hard. In the morning the hotel lost power, even though the city had electricity; I don’t know what happened, but the generator couldn’t be connected for over an hour, causing me to miss an important meeting. Also, before check‑in I was asked to pay a deposit of 1 000 UAH. The hotel said it was part of the rules (which I wasn’t told when booking), so read the booking conditions carefully.
