A wonderful hotel with a great location away from noise, yet within walking distance of everything needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly, always ready to help and never neglecting anyone. The food was also delicious.

Everything! Polite and friendly staff, a beautiful room, a lovely courtyard, and excellent breakfasts. The only downside was the water quality—very stinky water in the shower.

I especially want to highlight the café staff—very friendly girls. They pleasantly surprised us with packed breakfasts for the road since we couldn't have breakfast before our early departure from the chalet. The noise insulation was poor; we could hear neighbors, making it hard to sleep.

A lovely hotel for a break in Bukovel. The room was cozy, clean, and the staff were pleasant. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the views around. I recommend it!

The hotel is simply wonderful, with a quiet location despite the nearby road. The apartments we rented were clean, cozy, and fully equipped; housekeeping came daily and changed towels. The hotel grounds feel comfortable and well‑maintained. There's a pool that’s always heated, a kids’ playground with shelters, swings, and a trampoline. Staying with a child was very comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfasts are tasty, and the café’s overall cuisine is delicious and varied, so we often ate lunch and dinner there. Everything was great.
