We arrived at the hotel at night, and they refused to give us a room, saying we hadn’t paid, that services wouldn’t be provided, that we should speak up, but they wouldn’t give us a room; with my family at 70 years old, we searched for a hotel until midnight and found none, so we slept in the car all night, which was very bad. This was the first time this happened to me, and when someone refused to give a hotel after paying, it was very bad.

“Think twice before you book”

I was initially excited about the hotel due to its breathtaking views from the rooms, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The rooms were untidy and dusty, and the food was overpriced and tasteless. The hotel's location, uphill from the main road, made it inaccessible for older people and kids. The bathroom was dirty with a foul smell, and there was a severe water shortage for over 20 hours. The heat was unbearable, and the lack of a fan in the room made it even worse.

“Very good stay”

I was pleased with the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the room, but the approach road left much to be desired. The hotel's proximity to the main attractions was a major plus, and the room was spotless, but the entrance to the hotel was not well-maintained.

“Perfect Escape from city”

I had an incredible time at this charming cottage in Gagar, Uttarakhand, which offered a serene atmosphere and breathtaking views. The cottage was conveniently located near Nainital Mall Road, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging taxis and making local connections. The food was delicious and prepared with care, and the cottage itself was beautiful, with fruit trees on the property that we could pick and eat.
