The price‑to‑satisfaction ratio is huge. The old facilities are still kept clean. Some of the older furniture looks like it needs repair.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The location feels odd—there’s no easy walk or public transport to anywhere, so I had to take an Uber every day. Wait times ranged from 3 minutes to 50 minutes.
