The place is not affiliated by booking app. Do not book here. Do not use this booking app also. First time to use. This is a scam. Hard even to make a dispute. NONE. THEY WERE FULLYBOOKED! They kicked us out telling me that they were already fullybooked. Basically, our booking with the was already a double/overbooking. I'm still waiting for the refund. It was the shittiest experience for me. Finding a place to stay over the night for a family of 4 on a rainy weekend in a province with limited place to stay. The conceirge was useless. They didnt care. Just told me to leave. No responsibility. Just telling me to contact the booling.com LOL!
