The location and staff were good, but the room was very small and the broken window let in a lot of outside noise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a perfect location that's close to the airport and has easy access to buses. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent hospitality, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, plus the shower had amazingly hot water and the WiFi was strong. I also enjoyed the rooftop area, where I could watch planes take off while sipping a beer - it's definitely a place I'd stay again.

The staff and their services were top-notch, but I did experience a bit of a hiccup during my stay. While I was in the shower, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers stopped working, and it took over 30 minutes for someone to fix them. Despite this, I appreciated the overall quality of the staff and their willingness to help.

My stay had its ups and downs - on the plus side, the room was decently clean, and I was lucky to get a newer room with nice, cozy lighting. The night staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. However, I had some issues with the room layout, including a weirdly placed desk and limited power outlets. The bathroom was also a bit quirky, and the morning staff were unfortunately extremely rude and unhelpful, which was a shame.
