The hotel’s location was great, the place was well presented and clean, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful; we arrived two hours before check‑in to leave our luggage and the room was already ready, the king room was spacious, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was comfortable; breakfast was fantastic, everything you could need and more, so I’ll definitely stay here again. The only issue was that when we checked out, the front‑desk staff simply took our key cards away without any acknowledgement, thank‑you, or question about how our stay was—quite a shame after everything else was perfect.

The location is good, but we asked for the room to be cleaned before lunch so we could nap after lunch and it never happened; it was always 2 pm except once when it was never cleaned at all.

The spot is great and the rooms are a good size, plus it stays very quiet at night. However, it stayed hot all night and the A/C's lowest setting is 19 °C, which felt too warm for us.
