The kids’ games and the pools were great, the beds were very comfy, and the restaurant was excellent – I’d recommend it. A strong damp smell came from the hallway that leads to the rooms with direct pool access, but the rooms themselves were odor‑free and that didn’t bother us. A few squeaks were quickly fixed by the staff, which is what you expect from a place of this calibre.

This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, even after traveling extensively worldwide. The facilities are outstanding: the pool area feels like a sanctuary, the gardens are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The food is excellent and the surrounding spaces are tastefully designed. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff – they’re genuinely kind, sincere, and go out of their way to make your stay flawless. I can’t praise Mustika and the team enough; it’s a real gem and I’d recommend it without hesitation. I just wish I could stay longer.

I adored the swim‑up room overlooking the private lagoon and the shared pools; the top level of the castle pool even had a hot tub, though it wasn’t very hot. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the location was great. The site has a touch of history as a former royal bath. We had no complaints—we absolutely loved this hotel.
