The toilet didn’t flush; it was clogged. I doubt the room cleaner missed it—more likely they didn’t care or wanted to examine guests’ accomplishments, I don’t know. Also, I found the chat communication very confusing.

The room was roomy, and the spot sits close to White Island, though you’ll need your own transport. It’s a bit off the main road, so we got turned around at first because the hotel was listed under a different location. The bidet was broken and the shower pressure was weak. Staff charged 200 pesos for each meal they cooked. The pool was empty.

The staff were very friendly, the room was wide and comfortable. The location was ideal for visiting the island, and they also rent motorcycles.
