It was breathtaking. The location, the view, the people. I’d come back again.

The location is extraordinary! The staff are extremely kind. The kitchen is outstanding, and they even give massages.

The pool was lovely, the staff were very attentive, and the food was delicious. At night it was unbearably warm, and the toilet flush worked only moderately.

The staff were excellent. Dinner was superb and generous, with starter, main, and dessert. The pool area was very pleasant, overlooking the Kenene River. The tour to a Himba tribe was spectacular; the guide translated everything and shared a lot about the culture, lifestyle, and traditions—Peter got a perfect 10. The room had no air conditioning; there was a fan but it wasn’t enough. By 1 a.m. it was impossible to sleep. There’s no free Wi‑Fi in the lodge; you have to pay for it. It isn’t expensive, but for the price the room is charged, Wi‑Fi should be included. The room feels too pricey for what it actually offers.

Perfect location, great view from the hill over the valley, great service, super professional management. Massages available, our cars were washed - these small things make the difference. I would not stay anywhere else in Epupa. Thank you Simon and team for the unforgettable stay
